Customer reply: Regarding the observations noted, we would appreciate some clarification on the following points: Which brand or URL are these observations referring to? Are all these observations related to the same URL, or do they apply to multiple URLs? Can you please clarify this observation: "Application states that company does not own its own games, though Jazz Gaming Solutions states it owns Poker and sports book". I dont see any application where it states that we do not own the games, can you please redirect where is the confusion and in which application? RCL Note 18/12/2025: Checklist no longer relevant.
