Question 8 of the BCI Form indicates Dutch Antilles Management BV as the local Trust Service Provider (TSP). The Director's register however indicates that the TSP resigned from the Board of directors on 30.6.2020. A Curacao official representative is a mandatory requirement. Kindly appoint a local official individual or TSP representative on the board and resubmit the director's register duly certified as well as an official extract from the Curacao commercial register , duly certified, indicating the updated directors list.

Customer Reply: Please find submitted documentation relating to the sale of real estate, as this is how the UBO, Mr Antonios Mavrommatis, acquired the funds used to initially set-up this business. 5 Aug 2025: Dear RCL Team, Please revise the SoF proof document uploaded with the extra document section and update the item. RCL: No further documentation as to that which was analysed by suitability has been provided with regards to SOF (or SOW) CGA: Dear RCL, please provide clarification on which supporting documents the applicant is required to submit. At this stage, they may continue providing unrelated documents, which could delay the process. RCL: Applicant has declared (On BCIF) that the company will be funded by the shareholder. We are therefore expecting to see a shareholder loan agreement between the UBO and the applicant company, or some similar credit facility agreement between the 2, showing the extend of funds he will be funding the company with. Once this document is submitted, it will be then linked to the corresponding license condition for vetting that item
