I will attach Financial statements for '22.'23 and up to date accounts of 2024, showing that the business is healthy and making millions in profits.
If needed, we can still make the ''projections'' however, business has been self sustainable for a long time including healthy financials.

10/03/2025: Applicant`s reply: "Kindly note that in the provided Incumbency ( Dated April ), there was a mistake done by the Notary, miss-calculating the total shares in accordance with the Shareholders Register. If you see the shareholders register, you will see remaining shares 99 for Gerald bogdan Popa. (Notary did not account one of the previous transfers.)
I have uploaded the corrected Incumbency, dated only a few weeks after the one of April, fixing the mistake.
the shares are 903, 99, 99 and 99 making the percentages 90.3% and 9.9 % each respectively.
