31 July 2025: Dear Team, Please revise whether the documents submitted are sufficient for confirmation. It's evident that the funding is coming from the UBO of the company which indicated to be employed at a Tech company with office located in Dubai. However, the only issue is that the address mentioned by the UBO does not match with the office locations on the company's official website. RCL: No further documents submitted to what was analysed in Suitability Report. No Loan/Credit facility from UBO to the applicant provided. No additional SOW docs submitted to reconcile the SOW with operational funds required as per LC on SOF/SOW. No FS submitted. Suggest this is tackled under the LC on SOF/SOW rather than this CL which cannot be closed off as yet 20251113 - CGA: Dear RCL, could you please clarify what action should be taken? If this item can be closed, please proceed to close it, or otherwise provide guidance.
